As a partner of Seefeld's „Plateau Breakfast“, we are committed to regionality. Our buffet is stocked with products that are guaranteed to come from Tirol and, wherever possible, directly from the plateau. In addition to the excellent quality of the products and the pleasure of finding the region on your plate, the „Plateau Breakfast“ strengthens local value-creation cycles, promotes the nature-friendly cultivation of our beautiful homeland and, thanks to short supply routes, eases the burden on the environment and climate.

Enjoy the plateau breakfast daily from 07.00 am to 11.00 am in the restaurant „Der Max“ or on the sun terrace.
We also welcome day guests for breakfast at Sacher Seefeld (45,00 € per person) and kindly ask you to reserve in advance.

Midday Dining at Alpin Resort Sacher

Indulge in an exquisite selection of à la carte creations, served daily in SALON FERDINAND from 01.00 pm to 03.00 pm. Thoughtfully crafted for a refined midday dining experience.

Our Hotel Bar welcomes you daily from 12.00 pm to 09.00 pm, offering an elegant selection of à la carte specialties in a sophisticated setting.

During the summer months, our Pool Bar complements the culinary offering with light, seasonal dishes, served at lunchtime and inspired by the fresh flavours of the season.

Dinner at Restaurant „Der Max“

Every evening we take you on a culinary journey in our restaurant in Seefeld: enjoy a 6-course gourmet choice menu (also vegetarian on request) with an extensive salad buffet and cheese from the board. Every Saturday you can look forward to a festive gala dinner, once a week a themed buffet as well as seasonal variations such as a barbecue evening in summer.

For dinner, we welcome you daily from 06.30 pm to 09.00 pm in Restaurant „Der Max“, in summer also on the terrace.
