Season start for cycling, golf & more

Spring

As the snow melts, the high plateau awakens to new life. Birdsong returns, the meadows turn green, and with each week the landscape grows richer and more vibrant. At this time of year, there is a special charm as the mountains shed their winter coat and the first warm days arrive on the plateau. On the village circular hike at Wildsee or on an e-bike tour to Mösern, you can experience the awakening of spring at close range.

Golden times in the Tyrolean mountains: Autumn - Sacher Seefeld

Golden times in the Tyrolean mountains

Autumn

Autumn lays a warm light over the Seefeld plateau. The expansive larch forests turn golden yellow, the air becomes crisp, and the mountain world glows in vivid colours. In stable mountain weather, the view often stretches across several mountain ranges. A round on the Wildmoos golf course against an autumnal backdrop, or a leisurely hike through the glowing forests, make these weeks on the plateau especially special.

Summer

While the heat shimmers in the valley, the air remains pleasantly cool at 1,200 metres. In summer, the mountain lifts take you effortlessly up into the high alpine world, which would otherwise require a long ascent on foot. At the top, you can look forward to panoramic trails, blooming alpine meadows and sweeping views across the peaks of the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains. The days are long and leave plenty of time to enjoy a wealth of activities in Tirol. Whether a pleasure hike into the Gaistal or tennis matches against the most beautiful alpine sunsets, discover the summer’s many facets of Seefeld and the region.
