Original Sacher-Torte

With a pinch of genius and a hint of imperial history, the Original Sacher-Torte was created in 1832. To this day, it is still made by hand according to the closely guarded original recipe, from the finest chocolate with two layers of apricot jam. At 1,200 metres above sea level, a slice of the legendary cake crowns the perfect start to the day, naturally with whipped cream.

Our award-winning cuisine with two toques from Gault&Millau is at home in Restaurant DER MAX. Sun-weathered wood and cream-coloured fabrics meet deep black, while a sophisticated lighting design bathes the room in warm light. Here, the Tyrolean parlour has been reimagined for today: without partitions, with a lounge feel and stylish elegance. The adjoining conservatory and the carefully chosen details selected by Elisabeth Gürtler, from pictures to wallpaper, complete an atmosphere that invites you to linger.

Elegance and cosiness meet a more vibrant colour concept in SALON FERDINAND. Almost continuous window fronts open up the view over Seefeld and give the room openness and lightness.
