Preparation: Shower thoroughly to cleanse the skin and prepare the body for the heat. Pat yourself dry.
First sauna session – warmth: Sit or lie on a sauna towel. The warmth relaxes muscles and joints and stimulates circulation.
Infusions and aromas: Optionally, essential oils such as Swiss pine, eucalyptus or lavender can be added to the sauna. The fragrance invigorates the senses, promotes relaxation and opens the airways.
Cooling down: After 8 - 15 minutes in the sauna, enjoy a gentle cool-down under the shower, in the plunge pool or in the fresh air. This activates the circulation and lymph flow and refreshes the body.
Rest phase: Lie or sit in the relaxation room for 5 - 10 minutes. Drink water or tea to replenish fluids.
Further cycles: For a more intense sense of wellbeing, we recommend repeating the sauna, cooling-down and rest phase once or twice.
Closing: After the sauna ritual, take a moment of calm to consciously feel the soothing relaxation and regeneration in your body. Sauna bathing strengthens the immune system, releases tension, supports detoxification and gives you a deep sense of harmony between body, mind and soul.
