An exclusive morning for a better, longer life
On 7 May 2025, the Great Green Salon of the legendary Hotel Sacher Vienna became the stage for a special event devoted to health, prevention and longevity. The exclusive "Better Aging Breakfast" attracted numerous guests from the worlds of medicine, lifestyle and society – the level of interest was overwhelming. Guiding everyone through this inspiring morning was none other than Arabella Kiesbauer, who presented the highlights of the event with charm and wit.
Inspiration for a healthy tomorrow
Initiator Elisabeth Gürtler, host and founder of the Sacher Academy For Better Aging at the Alpin Resort Sacher Seefeld, welcomed a large audience together with Prof. DDr. Johannes Huber and Dr. Katharina Sepp – all of them keen to learn about the latest developments in longevity and preventive medicine.
At the heart of it all was the Academy's innovative programme, which combines state-of-the-art medical methods with an exclusive feel-good ambience – a holistic concept for an active, enjoyable and long life.
High tech meets skincare
One particular highlight was the opportunity to have a professional skin analysis carried out on site using state-of-the-art VISIA technology. This imaging method makes hidden skin damage visible and allows precise recommendations for regeneration and care.
The health offering was rounded out with high-quality hyaluronic acid and collagen drinks from Biogena, which specifically support skin elasticity and cell regeneration – a perfect symbiosis of science and beauty.
Brain training deluxe
The presentation of the new book "Hirnfit bis 100", written by Elisabeth Gürtler together with Prof. DDr. Huber, was also received with great enthusiasm. It explores the central role of mental fitness in a long and healthy life and offers valuable inspiration for mental prevention.
Dr. Huber – a renowned specialist in gynaecological endocrinology – and Dr. Sepp, the Academy's medical director, emphasised the importance of tailor-made prevention strategies for both body and mind.
Sacher Academy For Better Aging: luxury meets quality of life
At 1,200 metres above sea level at the Alpin Resort Sacher Seefeld, the Sacher Academy For Better Aging combines medical expertise with the incomparable flair of a luxury resort. Under medical supervision, individually tailored programmes are developed there that harmoniously unite health, prevention and enjoyment.
The "Better Aging Breakfast" was impressive proof of how prevention, science and exclusivity can come together in a forward-looking health concept – and of how the Alpin Resort Sacher Seefeld opens up an active, vital and long life for its guests.
"A healthy lifestyle does not mean going without – it means conscious enjoyment with a sense of responsibility."
Host Elisabeth Gürtler
