Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as well as the European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03), in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The partial compliance results from the non-accessible content and exceptions described below.

Non-Compliance with Accessibility Requirements
PDF Documents
Some of our PDF documents may not yet fully comply with current accessibility best practices. These documents may lack structured tags, alternative text for images, or semantic elements required for optimal use with screen readers and other assistive technologies. We are currently reviewing and updating these documents to improve their accessibility as quickly as possible.
Pop-ups
Some interactive elements on the website do not yet fully meet digital accessibility requirements.
Certain embedded frames currently lack descriptive title attributes, which may limit usability for screen reader users. We are reviewing all embedded iFrame content and are working to provide meaningful title attributes that clearly communicate the purpose of each frame.
In some cases, functionality is available via mouse but not fully accessible by keyboard. In particular, the close button within the widget modal cannot currently be reached using keyboard navigation. We are actively working to improve this functionality to ensure that all interactive elements are fully operable without the use of a mouse.
Validation messages within widget forms may also not fully comply with accessibility best practices. While visual indicators (such as red highlighting) are displayed for invalid input (for example, an incorrectly formatted email address), explanatory text messages are not yet consistently provided. We are implementing improvements to provide clear textual error messages and enhance accessibility.
Furthermore, modal dialogs within the widget currently provide only limited support for assistive technologies. Although most buttons and form fields are keyboard accessible, closing the modal using keyboard navigation alone is not yet possible. While this limitation does not affect the core functionality of the website, we acknowledge the issue and are evaluating improvements to make modal dialogs fully accessible.
Booking Engine
We are aware that some images within our booking engine currently do not include descriptive alternative text. Due to technical limitations of the booking platform, additional development is required to fully resolve this issue. Together with our technology partner, we are actively working on a solution to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
Disproportionate Burden
At present, no content has been exempted from accessibility requirements on the grounds of disproportionate burden.
Content Outside the Scope of the Legislation
Printed PDF documents (such as menus or brochures) where digital accessibility features cannot be preserved are outside the scope of the applicable legislation.
